Salary: 14-20 Lakhs Required Skills: . Expertise in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, EJBs, XML Programming and Web Services . Strong experience on Struts, JSF or any similar technology . Excellent understanding of related technologies like Hibernate, Spring, JavaScript, AJAX etc . Strong experience on Oracle/MySQL based database design and PL/SQL programming . Excellent understanding of Java design techniques and hands on experience of using J2EE design patterns. . Must have experience of doing the design for at least 2 Java based applications. . Must have experience of doing database design for at least 2 applications using Oracle/MySQL as database. . Ability to learn new technologies rapidly, developing prototypes and performing feasibility analysis Desired Skills : . Linux based development background & familiarity with JBoss/Apache & Tomcat servers. . Exposure to SOA technology . Experience of creating frameworks/re-usable components . Exposure to BSS/OSS applications in the Telecom domain . Familiarity with engineering tools like ANT, JUNIT, Cactus etc Responsibilities: . Technical leadership for software analysis, design & development . Technical go-to person for one or more development teams . Architecting & designing new applications including addressing reliability, scalability and availability requirements . Creating and maintaining design documents . Owning and resolving any technical problem faced by the teams . Experimenting with new technologies and applying them to solve existing problems . Supporting the Ops team for operational issues.
