We are looking for:
Technical Lead-Java-J2EE
Job summary:
. To provide hands-on technical leadership, create application designs and supervise the implementation & deployment.
. Candidates should have minimum 7 years of IT experience including experience in Object-Oriented technologies and in implementing Web-based applications.
. Should have experience leading a minimum of 6 people team.
Required Skills:
· Strong Core JAVA & J2EE skills.
· Hands on experience with JSP, Servlet & EJB is mandatory
· Experience working with industry leading application servers WebLogic / WebSphere/ JBoss
· Strong analysis & design skills.
· Working knowledge of industry standard design patterns is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication is essential.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Technical Lead will be handling the team size of 6-8 members
Work with Project Manager to come up with project estimates, plan and resource assignments.
Work with Architect and team to deliver high-level and detailed design.
Review team member's implementation to ensure they follow the design and coding guidelines.
Perform functional code reviews & integration tests.
Work with developers to resolve their technical issues & mentor them. Some hands on coding will be required
Work with QA Lead to improve test plan.
Report work status to project manager.
Should be able to identify and suggest areas for test automation
