Roles and Responsibilities Grahak is looking for Engineering Managers to lead the design and development of its service delivery platform. Candidate will be expected to take overall ownership of the product deliveries in line with the business requirement. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in technology and should have architected large enterprise systems. Also, he would be required to provide on-going feedback to team members and mentor, thereby enhance the overall performance of the team. Educational Qualification: BTech/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent from IITs/REC/top international universities. Experience: 9 - 12 years of overall design and development experience with deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, algorithms and data structures. Required Skills: . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience with performance, scalability and distributed deployment issues. . Hands on developer with a proven ability to independently lead the architecture of large, distributed, mission-critical applications in Java and related technologies. . Strong foundation in Java, J2EE, Mysql, postgres, Linux, XML, hibernate, struts, logging frameworks, web/application/database servers, workflow/rule engines, etc. . In-depth technical knowledge in security engineering, computer and network security, authentication and security protocols, applied cryptography, standard cryptographic toolkits and hardware security modules would be a big plus. . Experience in building scalable systems / frameworks that handle a large amounts of data is a big plus . Extensive experience in web-application security . Excellent understanding of software development life cycle and a thorough understanding of industry standard design and development practices. . Flair for people and project/product management with some demonstrated skills in the domain. . Hugely inspirational and ability to build, motivate and drive a team of world-class engineers. .
