We have Excellent Openings with Citi Technologies Services (CTS). You will be required to lead the global design and development for Citi’s Markets & Banking Technology. This involves providing analytical, technical and management expertise to the team:
Position: Project Leader
Skills Require: Core Java, J2ee (Ejb,Hibernate)
Experience: 5 – 1 0 + Yrs
Location: Chennai
Major Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare project plan, review progress and report status
· Review code and test results proactively
· Conduct peer reviews, including delivery from vendor staff
· Advise client and project manager on the technical aspects of the project
· Day to day interaction with the team members, including vendor staff
Pre-requisites
You should have a degree with strong disciplines of Computer Science and 6 - 10 years of I.T. experience, with 1 years experience as Lead. Other attributes include:
· Good analytical skills
· Able to lead a team of 4 – 10 + people for project delivery
· Excellent communication skills at all levels
· Having knowledge of banking products would be a definite advantage, but not essential.
· You must also be a good team player to be able to work with local and global partners.
