JD for Senior Associate ( Exp: 5.5 yrs to 7 yrs)
Hands on experience on core java ( Fundamentals, Threads, JDBC, RMI, Exception, Collection Frame work & I/O)
Good knowledge on JSP/Servlets & Exposure to any one MVCZ frame work like Struts, Casper etc
Hands on experience in EJB (1.0 X, 2.0 X ) which includes deployment description, Activation/Passivation types ( stateful, stateless, entity,
MDB) container & class loader basis, if not hands on conceptual understanding is a must.
Experience on any design patterns like (UML, Sysml, Gog & Core J2ee patterns).
Good Knowledge on RDBMS ( PL/SQL â€" Stored Procedures, Triggers, Udf, Plan tables, Tuning performance, DB Design Basis ( ER diagrams) )
Ability to lay out a project and manage it. He/She should be able to schedule, track, report variances as per budget.
Ability to manage project issues and risks.
Responsible for estimation of projects should have prior experience using formal estimation techniques.
Knowledge of CMM/ISO processes. Ability to drive projects using AD metrics.
Domain Knowledge Preferable ( Banking & Finance Domain )
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Architect (APM)
8+ years of relevant experience
Specialize in a single technology and will be conversant with more than one technology areas. Exposure / Experience in Java solutions â€" Open Source and Commercially Licensed.
Broad level understanding of application and database design, ability to code and build complex systems in heterogeneous environments
Deep understanding of all concepts of OOAD, UML tools
Awareness of latest offerings from relevant ISV’s and solution providers
Ability to code, lead coding efforts; ability to jump in and solve problems for the development team
Creating detailed component design based on the overall architecture and functional requirements
Ensuring that the design takes into account aspects of NFR’s such as reliability, performance, scalability, execution environment and platforms etc. Examination and Evaluation of new technology/packages/COTS solutions, lead PoC efforts, and support the sales process.
Technology Specialist (SA)
6+ years of relevant experience, on the Java / J2EE platform
Good understanding of core programming language constructs, understanding of OOAD, UML tools
Good understanding of IDEs, productivity and testing tools
Awareness of latest offerings from relevant ISVs and solution providers
Good understanding of Open Source (and other) Java Frameworks, reusable components, best practices, productivity tools, IDEs and quality standards (ensuring use of relevant aspects during project execution).
Exposure / Participation in design and architecture sessions to get overall understanding of the solution offering
Exposure / Creating detailed component design based on the overall architecture and functional requirements, ability to code, lead coding efforts, ensure that the coding is structured, efficient, well documented and adheres to industry coding standards and guidelines established for the project
Ensuring that the implementation takes into account requirement such as, performance, scalability, portability etc.
Guiding / Writing effective test scripts and create appropriate documentation
