Position: End To End Integration Manager
Job Description:
Strong exposure to enterprise architecture and systems design, data mapping, configuration management, and object-oriented programming.
Exposure to Agile methodology
Exposure to working in co-located and collaborative working environments

General Function(s): End-to-end Integration/ Client Interfacing/ Programme Management
Knowledge Required
a) Strong understanding of software development methodologies
b) Comprehensive knowledge of analysis, design and programming techniques
c) Strong domain knowledge of Telecom BSS and OSS practices
d) Knowledge of IP transformation, triple and quad play paradigms will be an added plus
Experience/Skills
a) Telco-related experience must include experience in managing large business integration efforts through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live.
b) Experience in more that one of the following application areas
b1) Enterprise Application Integration Systems: TIBCO, SUN JCAPS, BEA Web Logic
b2) Customer Relationship Managemen Systemst: Siebel, Clarify
b3) Billing and Mediation Systems: SingleView, Intermediate, Kenan
b4) Operation Support Systems: Metasolv, Netcool, Netcracker
b5) Identity and Access Management Systems: SUN IDM
b6) Web Portal Technoloiges: Vignette, SUN, BEA
c) Experience leading 2+ large projects involving integration of atleast three of the above application areas using SOA based architectures
d) Strong understanding of the following Telecom frameworks: TAM, SID, ETOM
e) 3+ years project management experience, including preparation of budget, staffing plan, & project estimation, risk management
f) Experience in corporate IT including production support.
g) Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate employees through influence and to lead diverse and remote teams.
h) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate within executive mangement within the company and on the customer's side. Ability to translate technical requirements into business communications and present them to stakeholders.
i) A willingness to mentor junior staff in technical areas.
j) The ability to work both independently and as part of team.
