Programming - .Net Framework	In depth knowledge and experience in designing, developing and deploying Line of Business Applications using .Net framework. .Net1.x is mandatory. Knowledge of .Net2.0 is an added advantage.	Must Have	√
Programming - Web App & Web Service / Windows App	In depth knowledge and experience in designing, developing and deploying web applications and web services using ASP.Net. Knowledge of ASP.Net2.0, WSE is an added advantage.	Must Have	√
Programming - Database	In depth knowledge and experience in designing and developing applicaitons on SQL Server.	Good to Have	√
Problem Solving	Ability to understand and analyze issues and solve problems. Clarity of thought. Should be able to think logically when given a scenario.	Must Have	√
MS Technology Roadmap	Awareness on new APIs, frameworks and server products. Some basic knowledge on WPF, WCF, WF, ASP.Net2.0 or any server product depending on area of specialization	Good to Have
Design	In depth knowledge of OOAD principles and UML.	Must Have	√
	Experience in creating low level design documents. Ability to think about class and module design.	Must Have
	Experience in creating high level design. Ability to think about system qualities like scalability, performance, reliability and security.	Must Have
	Knows about design patterns. Knows about Microsoft's PAG around instrumentation, logging, data access, smart clients etc.	Good to Have	√
	Experience in using design patterns. Has used PAG in at least a few projects. Has worked with Enterprise Library or any other framework for logging, instrumentation, data access etc.	Good to Have
Business & Architecture	Experienced in designing and developing solutions to solve business problems. Can relate to business problems.	Good to Have
	Understands business and IT environments in enterprises. Understands the concepts of ROI and knows how to engage business stakeholders in technical discussions.	Good to Have
	Understands architecture issues in medium to large enterprises. Has worked closely with customers in the past to solve enterprise or application architecture issues.	Must Have
Server Products	Has worked on at least one of the following ■ EBusiness Servers - BizTalk Server, Commerce Server, Host Integration Server and BizTalk Accelerators. ■ Information Worker Technologies - SharePoint Portal Server, Content Management Server, Enterprise Project Management, Office System ■ SQL Server 200x. Has fair bit of knowledge and experience on OLAP, SQL Server Data Mining, Data Warehousing, and Business-Intelligence.	Good to Have
