(4) Role – Java Tech Lead, 6 – 8 years of experience Primary (Essential) Technical Skills : Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Application Server (Web Sphere / Weblogic), JMS, Rational Rose, UML Secondary (Desirable) Technical Skills : Knowledge of programming (PL/SQL) on any RDBMS. Other Requirements (Non essential) : Banking domain experience. Responsibilities : Manage / Implement complete SDLC components, in particular physical design, development, and testing.
