(2) Role - Sr Solution Architect, 8-10 years of experience
Responsibilities include:
- Solution crafting
- Interaction with customer to understand problem statement
- Interaction with onsite sales/pre-sales team
- Identify Proof-of-concepts – mentor developers, designers
- Java technologies
- Database concepts
- SOA – ESB, BPEL
(3) Project Manager 8 - 10 years of experience
Exposure:
- Product Implementation,
- Banking Domain.
- Fixed Price Projects.
- Travel Ready.
- Java technologies
- Knowledge of CRM will be required.
- SOA
- Excellent Communication skills.
(4) Role – Java Tech Lead, 6 – 8 years of experience
Primary (Essential) Technical Skills : Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Application Server (Web Sphere / Weblogic), JMS, Rational Rose, UML
Secondary (Desirable) Technical Skills : Knowledge of programming (PL/SQL) on any RDBMS.
Other Requirements (Non essential) : Banking domain experience.
Responsibilities : Manage / Implement complete SDLC components, in particular physical design, development, and testing. Projects include new business application development, re- engineering existing business applications, migration across platforms / technologies. Lead offshore / onsite team(s) to deliver high customer satisfaction. Clients include world -class Banking / Financial institutions.
