1. 7 to 15 years of experience with inclination of becoming an Architect .
2. The job location would be Hyderabad , Bangalore , Chennai as per candidates desire
3. Hands on Knowledge of SOA, ESB (enterprise service bus), Messaging, J2EE
4. Deep knowledge of IBM Web sphere products or BEA Aqualogic Products or any similar product
5. The ability to architect, design and implement enterprise SOA application and integration environments
6. Good knowledge of Governance, Service Design and Modeling
7. Certifications desired
