Program Manager - Bangalore
A CSO Program Manager is a highly motivated, self-directed and experienced individual that functions
1) as a team lead in coordinating and executing consulting efforts completed in our Bangalore location and then delivered to customer engagements in the US, and
2) as a senior consultant member of the Bangalore team. In addition to being technically experienced, this individual is astute at communication and collaboration between US-based and Bangalore-based consulting teams.
Required Skills
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with key customer contacts and US-based colleagues
• Self-motivated and delivers outstanding and sustainable business value and customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements, architecture and design in order to develop, test and implement the solution
• Ability to maintain leadership role while taking on more complex requirements and development activities as individual contribution to an engagement
• Learn and utilize the Interwoven IE6 methodology to support successful, consistent and high quality implementations of our solutions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; problem solving skills; experience with full life cycle delivery methodologies
• Strong people management and coordination skills in an on-shore / off-shore environment, including experience with project management methodologies
• Willingness to work flexible hours and to travel to customer site in US if needed
Required Experience
• 10 years of relevant experience
• 5 years experience in a consulting role delivering solutions implementations through entire lifecycle
• 5+ years of experience in Unix and NT administration
• 5+ years of experience in Web server configuration and architecture
• 5+ years of experience in browsers, desktop web development tools
• Languages: Java (required), Perl, C#
• Scripting: Javascript, CGI, JSP, ASP, HTML, DHTML, CSS, Windows scripting (VBScript/ActiveX, XML, XSLT)
• Application Development: BEA, WebSphere, ASP.net, SOAP/Web Services, J2EE
• Web Application Servers: Weblogic, WebSphere, ATG Dynamo, Broadvision, NAS, SiteServer
• Rules Engines: iLog, Corticon, etc.
• Analytics Tools: HBX, Visual Sciences, Omniture, Unica
• Databases: Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server
• Active Directory and LDAP
• Search engine familiarity
• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio/.NET)
• Bachelor degree in technology or business area (with technology experience)
• Preferred (but not required): PMI certification
• Preferred (but not required): MBA
