1. 10+ years experience in software design and development primarily in JAVA/J2ee/.NET/C#
2. Technical leadership in a development projects for at least three years with independent architectural/design responsibilities in at least two large multi-tier project
3. Comfortable in hands-on role, designing and developing using JAVA/J2ee using OOAD concepts
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Architect the implementation of clustering and load balancing for at least two projects
6. Should have experience in performance tuning, environment configuration, Web farm and load balancing
7. Expertise on WebLogic – should have developed and administered WebLogic for at least two large projects
8. Experience in XML. SOAP/Web Services is a plus
9. Good knowledge of Oracle Database
10. Well versed and abreast with the latest technologies and architecture concepts in the industry
11.Well versed with UML based tools ( Rose, XDE etc )
