Position: Consultants ,Sr. consultants  ,Solution architects, Technical architects ****
Responsibilities:
·     Design and develop web applications using SharePoint Server, ASP.Net & C#
·     Design and develop.NET components and systems, including web services
·     Act as technical project lead, oversee work of in-house and vendor developers
·     Define/document Best Practices, drive technology adoption
·     Mentor junior developers
·     Design and develop integration/messaging solutions using BizTalk
Required skills:
·     Solid .NET development skills: C#, ASP.NET, XML, Visual Studio 2005, WCF
·     Experience with SharePoint Server 2003 / 2007
·     SQL Server 2005 / 2000
·     Large enterprise deployment experience in complex environments
·     Design tools such as Visio, Erwin, etc.
·     Must have good oral communication skills and technical documentation / diagramming skills
·     Working experience with SDLC
Desired skills:
·     VSTS / VSTF, WCF, WF, knowledge of TSP/PSP
·     Expertise with BizTalk Server 2006 is desirable
·     Practical knowledge of SOA and integration patterns
·     Experience as technical team or project lead a strong plus!
General Qualifications:
·     Demonstrate good knowledge of development methodologies and be able to leverage them during all stages of    product development.
·     Design and Build complex solutions across functional and virtual teams.
·     Foster collaboration and! trust t hrough strong on-time delivery, high quality, continuous innovation, and by exceeding expectations.
·     Make effective decisions in a dynamic environment and in ambiguous situations.
·     Communicate clearly, concisely, and credibly with various levels of the organization.
·     Understand the software lifecycle methodology (SDLC) and information systems development.
Education and Experience:
6-10 years experience and a BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent experience.
 Note: strong SQL Server guy with strong concepts in .NET as well will do .
